At Operation Rescue Ethiopia, we firmly believe that equal access to education is the foundation for breaking generational poverty. As the 2018 Ethiopian Calendar (E.C.) first semester school year begins, our organization successfully distributed comprehensive educational materials support to 100 orphaned and vulnerable children (OVC). To complement this effort and ensure students are fully prepared, we will also be providing school uniforms to each child in the coming days.
This initiative exemplifies how Operation Rescue actively invests in education by removing financial barriers, ensuring children can attend school consistently, and supplying them with everything required for academic success. Equipping young learners with exercise books, pens, backpacks, and attire does more than fill a material need; it fosters dignity, restores confidence, and inspires hope for a brighter future.
